"Welcome To My Natural Hair Blog!"
"Patrice's Natural Hair Journey."
Hi, I'm Patrice, and I've created this blog to encourage and inspire you and other African American women to embrace their natural hair. In society, for some time, black women have been told their hair isn't beautiful. That is definitely not true!
Let me state a fact which is definitely not considered an opinion. Natural hair is very "versatile" and "fragile." Once you experience being natural, it's a great feeling.
When I say, "It's a great feeling," I mean, "feeling free." So many times I've heard women say I don't wear my natural hair because of the texture. My question for them is, "How can you not wear something you were naturally born with?" That's definitely something to think about! Blogging is something I do during my free time, but natural hair is always a topic I'm willing to discuss. I hope you and all the other viewers enjoy my personal blog!
My Own Try It Out Scenario Explained:
I've asked a few women within my race what they think about natural hair personally.
Listed below are #6 responses from different women with their thoughts about natural hair.
1.) "My hair is too much work!"
2.) "I don't really know what to put in my hair!"
3.) "Girl my hair texture is horrible."
4.) "I just can't with my hair."
5.) "My hair doesn't have a curl pattern."
6.) "I think my head is too big."
